Reading goals

To get to the next level I need to:

• Use my skimming and scanning strategy to find information quickly
• To make my own opinions about the setting, characters, purpose of the story  

Writing goals

To get to the next level I need to:

• Use powerful words to describe my characters in more detail
• Break up two ideas using the right punctuation like commas
• Use the words ‘a’ and ‘are’ in the right way

Maths goals

To get to the next level I need to :

• Understand maths language to help me when solving story problems
• Use +,-,x and / when solving number problems
